To check the status of your order you must be registered customer
Back-orders
If item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours via email.
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available via Standard Delivery.
The total shipping and handling charge will not increase. We will charge you once when your first shipment is sent.
There is no additional shipping charge for back-ordered items.
Once the order is shipped we will email you confirmation with tracking number, and the $ amount charged to your credit card.
We will not charge your credit card before your back-ordered items are shipped.
Split Orders
If part of your order is not in stock and you would like part of your in-stock order be sent out immediately we will split the order and send available items immediately.
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available via Standard Delivery.
The total shipping and handling charge will not increase. We will charge you once when your first shipment is sent. There is no additional shipping charge for back-ordered items.
What is your return policy?
We offer a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund (15 days if a Bridal item). Items should be new and unused with all tags attached. After inspecting the merchandise refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Orders returned after 30 days (15 days for Bridal items) are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund/exchange. All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

-We suggest that you try on your lingerie over a sport bra and your own underwear to check sizing.
-By Law it is not possible for us to accept returns on intimate apparel once they have been worn or tried on.
-Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their packaging, have tags removed, worn or washed.
-Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise. Sorry, shipping and handling charges for returns are not refundable.
-"Free shipping" returns - if you received free shipping on your original order your refund for a returned merchandise will be less by $5.50 (cost of shipping).
-We may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Policy.

If you would like to exchange merchandise please fill out the exchange portion of the form. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you exchange item of equal value as the original purchase we will gladly pay for shipping and handling cost of exchanged merchandise.
If you would like to return merchandise please fill out the return section of the form and enclose it with the items you are returning.
Please follow instructions below:
1- Replace the lingerie in the original brand packaging in which each item is
wrapped. Package return item in the original shipping box or any sturdy box to prevent item damage while in transit and enclose the completed return form.
2- Remove or cover the original shipping label.
3- We recommend using Insured or Certified mail for your package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost package.

When we receive your return you will be issued a credit to the original card as soon as we process your return. We will notify you via email about your refund.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow us up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Your order may be subject to customs import duties and taxes which are responsibility of the customer.
