-All in-stock orders are shipped within a maximum of 24-48 hours after the order is placed excluding weekends and holidays.

-If items are back ordered we will notify you within 24 hours via email. Once the merchandise will be in stock we will ship your order.

 If you would like part of your in-stock order be sent out immediately we will split the order and send available items immediately.

Back- ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available via Standard Delivery.

-The total shipping and handling charge will not increase. We will charge you once when your first shipment is sent. There is no additional shipping charge for back-ordered items.

-Once the order is shipped we will send you confirmation with tracking number, and the $ amount charged to your credit card.

-You may choose either Standard Delivery or Express Delivery.

USPS Express Mail- NEXT BUSINESS DAY- Add $25 to Standard Delivery Charges. 

 - Orders placed by 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will arrive by the end of the next business day (for in-stock items only).

USPS 2nd BUSINESS DAY   - Add $15 to Standard Delivery Charges.

  -Delivery will be made by the end of the 2nd business day for orders placed by 3 P.M. EST Monday-Friday (for in-stock items only).

Alaska and Hawaii

-Delivery will arrive within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).

Return/Exchange Policy.

Thank you for shopping at HERLITTLESECRETS.COM. We offer a satisfaction guaranteed shopping experience. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund (15 days if a Bridal item). Items should be new and unused with all tags attached. After inspecting the merchandise refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Orders returned after 30 days (15 days for Bridal items) are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.

Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund/exchange.  All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable. 

Terms & Conditions

Please note: 

-We suggest that you try on your lingerie over a sport bra and your own underwear to check sizing.

-By Law it is not possible for us to accept returns on intimate apparel once they have been worn or tried on.

-Returns will not be accepted for items that have been removed from their packaging, have tags removed, worn or washed.

-Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise. Sorry, shipping and handling charges for returns are not refundable.  

-"Free shipping" returns - if you received free shipping on your original order your refund for a returned merchandise will be less by $5.50 (cost of shipping).

-We may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Policy.

A return/exchange form is enclosed with every package.

Please fill out the return section of the form and enclose it with the items you are returning.

If you would like to exchange merchandise please fill out the exchange portion of the form.

For your convenience we enclose pre-paid pre-addressed return label on your invoice for any returns from within the United States only. 

Please follow instructions below for using the Pre-addressed Return Label: 

Step 1- Remove or cover the original shipping label.

            Affix the pre-addressed return label to the package.

Step 2- Replace the lingerie in the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped. Package return item in the original box or  

any sturdy box to prevent item damage while in transit and enclose the completed return form.

Step 3- Take the package to USPS location.

You will be charged a return fee $5.50 upon receipt of your return.

Other shipping information

When we receive your return you will be issued a credit to the original card as soon as we process your return.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow us up two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
